The Miss Lake Charles USA Pageant is Shelly’s newest pageant endeavor. The pageant has a tremendous history behind it. Previous director, Janet Piraro retired and also retired the pageant. Shelly regerstered it with Louisiana Secretary of State’s office and hosted the event on September 3rd at the old Central School Theatre that is over 100 years old.
