Using the media can draw plenty attention to potential contestants to your pageant. Radio or Television are big assets to drawing contestants to your pageant. Try contacting your local television stations and radio stations. Send them Press Releases of your up coming events. Choose a charity to help out the community. This usually gets media attention. I chose Toys For Tots for my Miss New Orleans Pageant. I also invited former New Orleans Saints Players to judge and make a special appearance. I have a pageant mom that creates all sorts of banners to advertise your pageant or a good luck banner! This is very affordable and attracts folks to your website. I even print a few and use them as the front cover to my program book and judges books. Looks wonderful and you can create your own theme.
